The hotel is iconic and I had a lovely time here. Everything was wonderful, including an excellent breakfast choice. the room was tidy and had an open bathroom, as well as tea and coffee-making equipment and a refrigerator.

Luxury and impressive spot for honeymoon, I'm happy to recommend it. The venue is big and clean with a great value and thoughtful and highly efficient staff. The downstairs bar is great, loved this place.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Price is high enough. One of the people in the cafeteria was rude and treated us reluctantly, in a bad way and also wanted to charge us for things we had not consumed. He asked us to tell him every single thing we ate for breakfast. He served us coffee very reluctantly.

The hotel is wonderful and is located in the best neighborhood in New Orleans. It's great to leave your car unused during your stay to walk through its unique and colorful streets. Without a doubt the best thing was the location.
We arrived at the hotel at 16:00 and I was told the room was not ready. It was a real chore since the page said that from 15:00 onwards you could check in, so it disrupted all my plans. I had tickets for an event at 6pm and, as I didn't get the room until 5pm, I was late. But the worst thing was that, even though they insisted that they were doing the cleaning as fast as they could, they couldn't give me a specific time and that they would call me on my mobile to let me know.
